Machining and Turning
MEC provides a variety of machining capabilities to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide in-house machining assistance for parts which are part of larger fabrications and assemblies. This helps to streamline lead times and to reduce cost.
NC Machining: CNC Turning Centers and CNC/NC Machining Centers can be programmed from our Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems or directly at the machine. This insures the accuracy of your parts from design through production.
Conventional Machining: MEC conventional machining includes:
- CNC Turning Centers
- Broaching (vertical and horizontal)
- Drilling, tapping, boring
- CNC Milling (vertical and horizontal)
- Turret Lathes
For parts that can't be produced on this array of machine tools, our engineers can custom build solutions to fit your application. We also manage third-party vendors where necessary.
